- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing settings. You'll keep Premium until the end of your billing period.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Your data stays. Free limits apply (5 employees, 15 certificates). Premium features like reminders stop.
- Are my certificates deleted?
- No. We don't delete your data when you downgrade or cancel.
- Can I export my data?
- Premium includes CSV export from the Reports page.
- Can I import a spreadsheet?
- Yes — Premium includes CSV import with validation and preview.
- What happens when a certificate expires?
- It shows as Expired on your dashboard. You can renew it by creating a new certificate linked to the old one.
- Can I track certificates without an expiry date?
- Yes. Mark them as never expires or leave the expiry date blank.
- Can I create my own certificate types?
- Yes. Use our starter types or create custom ones.
